Let’s talk about the SBI Site Build It process.

SBI has a 10-Day (as in stages, not 24 hour periods) Action Guide which takes you through the process – which comes in video and written format; although please do select the female option for the video! But the Action Guide doesn’t even let you register your domain name until Day 5! What do they do before that? Preparation.

This is where you formulate a list of quality keywords which people will find your site via from the search engines, fine tune it, decide on a definitive site concept, construct a site-blueprint mapping out your website in a search-engine friendly structure, develop a planned stream of income – and only then, can you advance forwards and register your domain.

Why? Because your immediately put ahead of competing sites in the fact that you’ve already got great keyword potential and ideas mapped out – all you need to do, is make it (SBI makes that easy, more of that later).

Webmasters may put up a site, some intuitive ones may “optimize it” with suitable on-page and off-page criteria to please the search engines. But if your keywords aren’t being searched (even the best webmasters can’t change what people search for!) or are insanely competitive then you’re fighting a losing battle.
